Just upgraded to Ventura without issues. It actually feels snappier than Monterey ever did

That slip tool will be a game changer for editing on logic if it is implemented like cubase or studio one. Hopefully you can see the grid though the regions as well.

It's high time for some developer to INCLUDE a plugin that 'snaps to grid' or 'auto aligns'. It seems to be that Apple - Logic would dictate that kind of move.

Isn't that how every pop hit is made now..... actually Cubase does have a auto-align plugin rip off since version 10.

Thinking about jumping ship from Cubase 12 and give Logig ago since I am on a Mac these days. Cubase 12 is okay, but thruth to be told is that seems to be crashes more version 10 that I was on.
Cubase 13 is suposed to have better support for hybrid cpu’s but we’ll have to see about the peeformance.
How is hardware inserst working in Logic? The ping in Cubase do the trick

It just makes me feel like I’m using CAD, instead of making music. I guess that explains most pop today it’s the musical equivalent of CAD , CIT, Computer Instead of Talent.

I'm 'almost' embarrassed to say that I don't have one of those auto-magical mastering plugins like isotope, so the addition of one with this latest LP update is welcome. Super easy to use, it sits there on the 2 by default waiting to be turned on. Hit a button and it creates an EQ curve, and you globally adjust how dynamic it is. It has got a few other bells and whistles, but the curve is the big win for me. The only drawback is that it doesn't do real-time analysis so you can't include hardware inserts.

Or experiment with printing your ob then using the mastering plug ?

Not showing up on my machine. Cheers, Geoff You likely need to drag logic from your applications list to trash , but don’t empty trash, then in app store you should have download option.

To see the download for the current update in your account, you msy need to drag your current logic from the applications folder ti the waste bin, but don’t trash it.

I’m still in the process of setting it up so no actual music files to lose. Seemed to update fine from the App Store but not sure why it didn’t let me know there was an update available.
Cheers, Geoff
