I've actually got some stuff I need to accomplish other than just see music... so I took the week off from day-job to actually attend the conference portion during the days. Surely others will be there, right?

It's a maybe for me. If I do go, it will be for unofficial shows most likely. Protomartyr is coming that same week, I think, so I may go try to see that, but I'm not sure if that is an official SXSW show either.
