Warning EBay sellers using media mail

Uhg this is the second time this has happened to me a guy says free shipping uses Media Mail, package gets lost get seller to file a claim and it’s denied because the idiot can’t read what type of items Media Mail is limited to! File claim with EBay, they get pissy because they don’t police sellers till you email them the request you just sent Amex to dispute payment because in the simplest terms it is implied ebay is liable because their shipping platform shouldn’t let someone ship something that is listed in a category that doesn’t qualify for Media Mail and it’s not my fault a seller can’t read!
