I thought I was being smart by purchasing a Triad-Orbit Spring Clamp, specifically and completely dedicated for use with a goosenecked pop-filter; for easy and quick, near-instant attachment. However, it’s too good! Have to use two hands to open it and it hurts! So much for that idea! www.triad-orbit.com/product/synergy-series-spring-clamp/

I could use those on my automobile battery charger.

I like their stuff. Although I have a dual arm extender that won’t hold any weight.

It's such a pain in the ass to open; I hardly ever use it.

I suppose I could try the Mini Grip Clamp and see how clumsy that thing is going on/off. There’s one already here in the studio permanently holding a Royer 122V in the piano. I’m the meantime, I continually use a separate, dedicated stand. Lame; unless I had an abundant of room at all times! I don’t!
As for simple stands, I still want to try the Tama Iron Works Studio Series.

On the other hand, the Triad-Orbit IO-C Clamp IO Quick-Change Base is pretty great. A bit pricey though.

Just looked at their video… You’re right! Looks like that’s the one I need to grab! I wonder which one the studio actually has in the piano. I’ll have to look on Monday.
