I want to add a hardware Dorrough meter to my setup and have no idea how to connect it properly to my Metric Halo Lio8. It seems Dorrough has options for either analog and digital meters that connect differently, I suppose.

I've been looking into this too. Expensive if purchased new. Connectivity is flexible for both digital and analog. The user manual page 6 documents the options:
