Literally can't try the Model 84 without 8 Gigs of free disk space. Absolute Genius. Hats off to Softube
Wasted 20 minutes then found manual download. God these plug-in central apps are the freaking worst. So annoying and unnecessary

I caved and bought Model 84 for $38 solely on the strength of the demos. Well, that and the number of Juno owners I've seen who said they're finally parting with their Hardware now that they have this one.

I never did try the Softube - I oughtta check it out now that it's on sale. I ended up getting the Cherry Audio version a few months back, along with a couple of other synths of theirs. Overall, I've become a big fan of Cherry Audio. Stuff sounds really, really good. |

There was a pre-Black November sale for a couple days where they had it for $43 and you could use an additional code to get it down to $38 and change. So far I’m really digging it. I’ve used TAL Uno for years, but this one has some serious mojo from whatever advances have been made in modeling since then. |

The Model 84 is to my ears a hardware Juno.
On one Youtube channel some synth hardware guru admitted he couldn't tell the Softube emulation apart from the hardware - it really is THAT amazing.
I bought it recently along with the UHE Prophet 5 emulation which is also fantastic.
