You can also use the code GROOVE3IKM to get 15% off any purchase! But if you have Jam Points, Gear Credits / Custom Shop is the way to go.

I grabbed MODO Drum after watching a YouTube thing. Really cool for me, If you have *superior drummer*, might not need. Unless maybe If you like quickly swapping on the fly drum heads, sticks, dimensions, cymbals, rooms, left/right hand placement, this is a lot of fun! Somehow uses processing instead of sample libraries for that stuff so it doesn’t take time to load. Fast, intuitive, looks great, nice grooves. Sound seems great so far, esp for what I plan which is screwing around. I’m really happy about this one.
Also got Syntronic Deluxe…, heard Moog, Korg, CS80 emulations. First impression: sound is pretty good, nice stereo width on last one. Accidentally piled synths and adjusted blends, so good plugin for synth piles. Saw a mixer with api lunchbox of plug-ins as well.. GUI is fast and responsive, but confusing. seems like it could be quick and easy once I learn it, but I still don’t know where to find the list of synths, just presets. Pretty sweet for a freebie.

Yes! The Syntronic GUI is a pain. But it’s super useful in terms of sounds. I can navigate back to the list of synths, you just kind of ex out of everything else, but I can’t seem to make it list presets by synth model. Haven’t read the manual though, so that’s one me.

Have not tried to nail any particular sound as of yet. I do think the Prophet V is an especially well represented synth in a lot of music I like (Talking Heads, certainly) so I'd love it to be decently accurate. I"m usually noodling and trying to come up with a part while I scroll through sounds looking for something inspiring. I wind up using the Memory Moog and the Taurus the most for some reason.

Looks like we've passed the 19 freebies tier.
Less than 900 to go in the next two days to get the GB extended til the end of October and make it to the full 25-for-the-price-of-1.

I just meant that I have gotten a heap of stuff which I dig, but with what I already owned I am running out of things to pick

Yeah, that's def a possibility.
Thankfully, I was looking for new instruments, a few T-Racks titles I didn't yet have and some AT collections. This GB has essentially given me everything I want from them. Kind of like an ala-carte version of Total Studio without wasting money and space on things I don't want like Miroslav. Total no-brainer in my case.

Taking forever to install sounds. And now I’m wondering if I’ve only downloaded Syntronik files and not stlyntronik deluxe. For anyone that might know - (I registered SYntroniks deluxe) but is the (standalone) just called Syntroniks? And then all the presets should be there?

Just make sure you download and install all the included sounds and you'll have all the Deluxe presets.

Heck with it. I'll buy in tonight once I have time to sit down and actually read the fine print again. A prior post mentions that it may go off of the pre-discounted price for upgrades; so I need to figure out which product to upgrade for maximum value...

A prior post mentions that it may go off of the pre-discounted price for upgrades; so I need to figure out which product to upgrade for maximum value... I bought the 200 credits for $154, discounted that with the 50 jam points I had…then when I bought AT5, I used the groove3ikm discount (I think)…AT5 was $199 but I still got access to Syntronik Deluxe which is like $250 or something. Maybe AT5 was listed at a cross grade price for me. Anyway - it’s a hellacious deal.

Right now it doesn’t seem like it. Might take some of the more obscure ones off my drive because I’m not a techno group. I was a little bummed the Mellotron thing wasn’t on the buy.

I’ve been trying to get those sounds made and report back.. looks like you are up and running … I did same thing, and yeah you should have deluxe I believe, same confusion thing happened to me. After playing with it, I made a couple presets that are sort of in the ballpark, was thinking I was gonna send them but I’m not sure how to share the presets? Basically layer 2x Prophet V… one on A set to poly, other on B to mono Poly one does the pad thing, the other is for the legato gliss attack thing. When I get home I’ll try to explain better Also the SampleTron 2 is the stand alone fancy mellotron thing, it shows an option in my promotions list.

Screenshots could help in lieu of presets. And thanks!!

My Custom Shop installation was so old, it directed me to download a 'new' version which also turned out to be outdated.
I think I'm going the Amplitube 5 route, and probably just adding all of the expansions. I'll see what I'm missing from my old version of T-Racks Max... maybe Tapes and some of those verbs/delays...

oops - I didn't double click on one of those presets, so it's not showing the J8 on the right. Actually - that's all the presets for BOTH the J8 and J60.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's just a text error that hasn't been updated to display 4 rather than 3. (Not that this helps you in any way with the error you're getting) The shop and site in general can be a bit weird at times... like seemingly being able to use one of the 20 promo's on T-Racks 4, when I already have that from T-Racks MAX... Or any of the individual T-RACKS modules like Black 76/White 2A when I should have those authorized under my current license.
edit: I actually wasn't aware of all the new goodies they had... I ended up with a lot of things I wouldn't have expected, like the "fractured" and "ship-wrecked" pianos... Didn't end up getting as many amp/guitar things as I expected...
