Everyone else... We are grateful for your support, kind messages, and donations. It's all happened so fast, as you've read on the GFM page. It was quite overwhelming at first, but we feel like the light is moving in quickly (through the good people who have reached out), and it's chasing the darkness away.

Guys – thank you so much for your prayers, support, and generous donations! With a handful of surprise offline donations we received in the mail last evening, we have now met our original funding goal.
I don't know if the appropriate thing now is for @johnkenn to archive this thread, but I just wanted to let my RGO friends/supporters know that we made it.
A big "thank you" to all of you for rolling up your sleeves to make this happen. My wife and I are in awe of how much grace has come our way through good people who have been willing to assist us in this rocky journey – many of whom we have never met in person.

PS: I want to add... The "funding" part was only the beginning. Faith is now settled in at the boarding school, and she most definitely still needs our prayers (if you feel so compelled)... And so will our family with the big adjustment to the fact that she's no longer with us, and our visitation periods will be every couple of months.
