Wow I have been using ilok1 with no problems for over 10 x years but now Melodyne 5 needs upgraded ilok. Not being so computer illiterate will I have any problems with 30+ plug ins on my ilok 1 if I transfer to ilok3?
Running 64 bit Imac.
Or have we discussed this a million times before and there is a thread already started on this?
Cheers

You can move your licenses around between iLoks on the iLok License Manager app / browser. You can either move the 30+ licenses over to the new iLok or keep both. Your choice.

It’s the worst form of copy protection ever designed - except for all of the others. Seriously when setting up a new machine (like I had to do in Feb/March), it’s so much better than everything else. Huge, huge time saver.

Huge, huge time saver. What was so wrong with the handshake system that many software companies developed? You had the same portability and transferability that the pesky USB slot user provides without being so easily damaged and flaky.

I went to 3 with no problems at all. Maybe you'll have to update some things, but it will be fine. Don't forget, you must get the iLok License manager first.

Have used ilok for years, only had the one problem, when it screwed up their switch over to their new system, they gave people new iloks and 1 year free ADT, other than that, it has worked perfectly here.
