If you can’t find a Neumann, the Moby sounds like the next best option. If you need help with purchase/installation, Doug/emrr is a great resource. Yeah, the Moby Electronics (search GroupDIY) is great, very very close to the stock Neumann. I’ve seen those mentioned on GroupDIY! I signed up for an account there a week ago or so and it never got approved. If you happen to have Moby’s contact info, I’d appreciate it!

When I was a chubby little pre teen I had an original flying V, Univox super fuzz, small stone and a Mutron bi-phase. Prices these days suggest it woulda been really good to hold onto those.
But, that's not really gear sold I regret so much as ...what the heck ever happened to that rare gear I had as kid? Which sounds like what could be another long running thread to be title.

Sold an EAR 824 tube preamp. Should not have done it. Took leave of my senses I guess.

I sold my virtually matching pair of Gefell UM70s in the 90s. ): ): ):
However, now that I am older and have some more funds, I am working on buying back the items I lost during harder financial times. This is on my list.

I had my dad’s original small stone, but I think some ex band mates made it disappear. Too bad his Twin Reverb got repossessed when I was a toddler. Oh and my early 80s strat got stolen when I was in college, I still sometimes look for it online.
I basically haven’t sold any recording gear that I miss. I did sell a Harmony es335ish guitar with real gold foils that I miss, as well as a Mesa Studio, the early version with no graphic EQ, and a class a power amp section, that thing was pretty cool.
