I think Acme Audio/Q2 are all Vintage King related brands. I bought a Compex last year from a distributor because they were discontinuing carrying the brand and it was going to be sold exclusively by Vintage King in the future (at least that’s what was explained to me)
2000 a channel is a lot of money for a 500 series, Rolling Stones truck legacy be damned
The Stones Mobile Legacy isn't what makes me want them. Having heard microphones on a guitar amp first run through API 312s and then Helios Type 69s is what got me. holy toledo, Batman. Absolutely astounding!
Shameless promoter/evangelist of audioscapeheiserman as they produce the finest enhanced descendants of classic gear available today.

Don't rly understand people being offended by the price. Lots of 500 series gear comes in at just under 1000 per module. In fact, that seems to be a very popular price target. An MA5 is 850 and an E27 is 1300.
All of the IP/manufacturer-related questions are answered in the VK vid.
I think the EQ sounds awesome in the video—and I don't really care at all about the Helios sound, its legacy, cited records, etc.
