Cowboy, I've always admired Red Rider's Lunatic Fringe, but not so much for the intro as the body and vibe of the tune. It had a stark transitional creation which I assigned transitional between analog and digital [only looking back, I liked it plenty in the moment] in my ear. I actually tried to emulate this song's vibe in my songwriting back when I was enamored of it, with no commercial success. ; )

Wow, i didn't know he made music that shitty lolol Really? this thread is called "favorite intro's" captain poo poo, Miles may be jazz, but he's a rock dude at heart all the way, so was the Bop trane , so the tune drifts a bit, sounds even more kickass when your 18 smoking a blunt 8) Mr. Antirocker!
