I want one or two they will make my traks better right? Lmao I'm assuming they will be made of a special material, rendering acoustical treatment redundant and unnecessary.

Don't dig black here. Navy looks really good. I pay extra if offered a heavy weight cotton t-shirt. Don't worry about T-Funk.

American Apparel is definitely worth it, I would like to see the logo black on white or vice versa and bigger across the front. Wear that shit with pride. Coffee mugs a must too. Price be damned, if you need to charge $30 for one I don't think you'll have a hard time explaining to people here that quality costs and there aren't a lot of us.

Something like this would probably work for everyone? Or embroidered blazers, navy, 2 button and side vents.

He's got the tutorials on his deviant art and provides the color swaps. There's a bunch of stuff on there.

Well - cooler heads may have prevailed...We probably shouldn't use this logo considering it is..ahem...arguably similar to a certain mic company...(I never noticed until it was pointed out ). So, I've put out some design feelers. I do really like that design, though, Jordan...I want to stay with a similar logo that just doesn't have any copyright issues...

Lookin' good so far. If I might make a friendly suggestion? I think the whole design could be just a little smaller in scale. In the photo, it seems a little bit like a Superman emblem. Don't get me wrong, I'm lovin' it, but perhaps just a pinch smaller?

the whole design could be just a little smaller in scale Agreed. When worn, I think the logo should "sit" on the chest, not wrap around the torso. Also, what about contacting TF for permission to use? They may not care at all.

Oh - I'm sure they would care... Too bad. We are not in competition with them in any way. In fact, IMHO the RGO logo amounts to free advertising since anyone who recognizes the similarity thinks about TF for at least a second or two. It's the whole "imitation is flattery" thing, and if I owned TF, I would welcome it, as long as "tribute" logos were done in good taste. And the RGO logo is in the best of taste, no question.

Personally, I really doubt tfunk would care but legally you're looking at even the slightest alteration and they have no leg to stand on. Ill put in a call today regarding that. As far as scaling back the logo can be very easily done.
Colours are also wide open but best to pick them out sooner than later. Johnkenn, maybe if you don't mind I can take a look at the HTML for the site and see if we can get a color scheme going. I vote blue and white.
Cheers

It's just my way, nothing personal, but I won't wear one unless it's black. In NY State, and quite a few other states I believe, the blue shirt with an emblem on it is worn by the fire department. I have some fireman friends, and I'd rather not be wearing something that resembles an official uniform color. Even though it's clearly different, at first glance, it would be kind of like walking around with a firefighter wanna be t-shirt.

I agree with matt, it'd be foolish to let an opportunity go by that may attract potential customers to a site who's members are intimately familiar with their brand, and regard Telefunken products as incredibly desirable?, It's great exposure, and not like the sale of 100 tshirts is gonna take business away from them, more likely to bring it to them, but if they were petty enough to say no, i'd be like "hmmm, Telefunken, Neumann or Flea, hmmm??" lol! Also, the Blue shirt with red emblems is a NY City Firefighter color scheme. Attachments:
