Really fun video to watch. Thanks, John! Question: at 5:07, you can see a very odd device on the headstock of Sholz’s Les Paul. It looks like six roller wheels, one for each string. But the LP doesn’t have a Bigsby or other floating tailpiece, so what’s the purpose? I’ve been playing for almost 50 years and I’ve never seen another like it on an LP. Any ideas?

I like the part where he says try to appreciate me and know me for who I am, not as the guy who wrote "More Than A Feeling."
Love that band. Sort of the space rock heroes of childhood, for me. It's really sad what happened to Brad Delp.

I was just watching some Boston live recordings this week. Always loved them and his work. Props to Brad.

From the mind of Tom who really knows? He probably was working on some invention and got distracted!

Great show. I watched it late last night after a few beers. Great record. Guy seems cool.

At first I thought it was some kind of "string butler" device prototype, but if so, it's pretty different than the ones I've seen on the market.

Truly a great player and originator, seems actually like just a regular (super bright) guy too!
