This might just be one of the best. Listen to the bottom of the page & the examples of George Duke, Chick Corea, Bob James, Dyno My E, etc. Based on LA's most rented & used Fender Rhodes:

That sounds great. It makes me nostalgic for the way things used to be.

That was mystifying! Wowzers. Any idea how it will be released, if it will use ilok (which means I won't buy it) and how much it will cost?

Sounds great. I'll be getting it. Orangetree always does a good job.

I did end up buying a license and I use this one all the time now. Great "LA" sound.

I have some Orange Tree libraries and they’re great.
But on this one I already have Keyscape which does Rhodes sounds really well.
Would this OT library be a double up?

I don't have Keyscape, so I can't really comment specifically. Your best bet is to listen to it on their site. It's a very specific Rhodes that was rented virtually constantly in Los Angeles for probably hundreds of albums in the 80's +. I think OT is having their summer group buy sale right now. It will probably end up 60% off...

The demos sound good. But it’s indeed a *very* specific sound with a tendency to sound a lil’ bit 80s cheesy. In general I prefer a darker and more gritty Rhodes sound, but if the group buy hits the 60% discount level, I might consider getting on board. Thanks for the info regarding the group buy.
