5 hour layover at the Orlando airport, and if down the road is the happiest place on earth, this is the unhappiest with every little one going through Disney withdrawal. So on the way back from our little vacation to Fort Lauderdale what’s the exceptable time to crawl up on a barstool?

There’s no time limit in an airport. That’s a known rule.

If you stick to a beer on the verses and a shot on each chorus you should be fine

It's February, all month long.
I don't drink in February.
I hate it.

I think there's something special about the occasional morning drink. I actually find it more enjoyable than an evening drink but I refrain because even though a couple drinks every evening is deemed fairly normal, just one drink in the morning is considered alcoholism.

If you’re still up from the night before, isn’t this morning still technically last night?

It's 5 pm somewhere.... So with that in mind, I went down to the studio's pub, I figured, I might as well start now... Attachments:

I always heard that if you start before noon, that makes you an alcoholic. So I use to wait until 12:01 to start. However recently, I've seen my follies in that thinking. I've got to admit that beer goes really well with bacon and eggs.

It all depends on how you define "early"
I used to define it as between 4 and 6 PM...
But now I get up much later - 10 AMish.

Breakfast Stout just sounds dangerous to me. But perhaps it’s not just for breakfast anymore?

I've been drinking since 4 o clock lately. Too much stress. Beer mixing is vibe mixing.

I've been drinking since 4 o clock lately. Too much stress. Beer mixing is vibe mixing. Found out yesterday that I’m officially divorced. And have been for about a month. Nobody told me and I didn’t have any beer in the house yesterday. Have remedied that today. Not going crazy or anything, it doesn’t change anything and I was completely unfazed by the news. Which I wasnt really expecting, but there it is. Cheers, Geoff

It's ANZAC day here in Australia and New Zealand; the day we remember the men and women who fought in the major conflicts of the last 120 years . Its usually very big with major televised parades and dawn services around town cenotaphs etc. With Covid restrictions in place, this year we stood on the road outside our houses at 6.00 a.m. while the 'last post' was played on national radio. My brother and I followed that with a lovely nip of Jim Beam honey bourbon before bacon and eggs. It was perfect at that time on this day so my answer to the O.P. is 'it absolutely depends on the circumstances".
Cheers, Ross

I don’t think we should worry about a drink anytime, as it’s only the underlying reasons for drinking that one should examine: kickin back, enjoying the moment is normally a good thing:) or if you are looking for, runnin from something else: you’ll never find it at the bottom of a bottle.
