I have to say that I have been really good lately. $8000 worth of dental work will help cool your jets. Moral of the story: Be true to your teeth or they will be false to you. So tooth or consequences? Had to beat Chris to it. He’s gonna be jealous. |

I had that two years ago. When I was 15 the school bully decided it would be fun to punch me in the face. Then at 57 years old the two teeth he broke started to look pretty dark and ugly so I decided to get implants to replace them. It worked out great and gave me a Hollywood smile .... well almost .... and put a $9000 dollar hole in my bank account. If only I could sue him .... I think 42 years passes the statue of limitations for assault - more's the pity! |

For the 4th time
I just bought the Audio Scape 76F. And it sounds great. But I keep thinking “I wonder what a Soyuz 017–>H2 0011–>176 would sound like. Might warm it up a little. But surely I don’t need it.

This transmission comes to you post-purchase. I was TRYING not to grab this but it was just too good of a deal to pass up on a great drum kit. 2000-ish Pearl Master Custom Maple kick, toms, plus hardware. 4ply maple with 4ply maple reinforcement rings. I'm not a big fan of the rack aesthetic but the shells are all bonkers good, in great shape, and will be a fantastic kit for the studio that I can point to when people show up with semi-questionable (or worse) kits. Folks often come in with something that's not great or is a compromise in about 100 different ways. This kit will be a much better situation for most drummers who come in to my studio. Anyone whose kit sounds as good as this is someone I can probably trust to have a kit that works well with what they're trying to do. This will always have good heads, fresh heads, be in tune, and can be ready to go.  |

There’s a Roland JX3P for sale locally that I’ve kept an eye on for a while. I can’t justify it, but I suppose it’s keeping me from focusing my attention on recording gear.

It might not be as fancy as keymod's 2448 but I've got the financial approval from the other half for a Trident 68 Console.. KMR are going to sort out a demo. Trying not to buy it because.. I dunno really, it's a desk, it'll route, it has EQ and the general consensus is it sounds really good. Cheaper than 16 channels of half decent 500 EQ.

I'm trying not to buy almost every Boss 500 series pedal, and a lot of the 200 series and compact series as well. Pretty easy not too because I have no money!

I had two Reverend Air Wave electric 12 Strings down and was deciding which one was best by playing them through a Princeton Reverb. Fortunately, they were equally awesome. Had there been a clear cut winner, I am pretty sure it would have come home with me.
