Looks like the next plug from ST is going to be the Lex prime time! www.soundtoys.com/sxsw2014/contestTheir doing their usual small version before the full version thing. I'm not a fan of their code promotion thing but if you need one I'll post it. |

This sounds freakin great!! Dirty and fat. Used it instead of Echoboy on the lead vocal today. Instant warm depth down the middle. Spread it out with microshift. Lovely! The full version is going to be killer judging by this.

Me. I had a Blue Cat delay on a track, switched to the Little Primal Tap, and it's definitely better, thicker, great vibe, love it!

Their demo video didn't get me fired up, but I grabbed it anyway. I haven't been let down by their stuff yet, so I expect it'll be good.

Does anybody know how to authorize this thing on an offline computer? Logic won't validate it because it is not authorized. I wrote to Soundtoys support 5 days ago and still wait for an answer...

Doesn't Soundtoys use iLok? Get the license set up with your iLok, then plug the iLok into the offline computer and you should be good, right?

They use iLok, but this plugin doesn't use an iLok license apparently. I never got a redemption code. It's supposed to be registered right there in your DAW, and my computer tries to connect to the internet but it can't because it's not connected. I wish they would just use the standard iLok registration procedure. |

It uses an ilok or a machine based authorization. The latter just means your license can't travel.

Well, I never received a redemption code for my iLok. There is nothing in my iLok account. Their customer service doesn't answer. So, I can't use this plugin.

Today 3-28-14 is the last day for the freebie offer.
Grab somebody's code and get one if you haven't yet. It's really a pretty cool little plug and if their release of the full version of MicroTap is any indication they'll have some nice additional features in the full final version, along with a discount.
