I have a pair of Lolas, and would be delighted if everything else in the rack were Lolas too! Built a 19” rev F too and love it.

I’m impressed by the whole HB thing but may be leaning back to Audioscape:)

The tech on eBay who builds these seems to be doubling the price? Seems a bit rich to me for something that probably doesn’t take him very long, So he’s getting over $100 usd per hour?

I built mine before they had the newer kit. It took me quite some time. Granted I hadn’t done something like that before, but I wasnt a newb builder and had probably done 10 Lola’s and 10 capi pres at that point. Seems like with the newer ones, Mike has made it a bit easier to put together - plus you get all the parts. Have you considered trying to do it yourself?

they have taken hours out of the build due to the wiring connectors. I am confident I can build as I have done c12 and mk-u47 builds. My dilemma is cost vs build and budget. I like the fact that Chris at Audioscape has found some specials parts but of course, you pay for his service and HB has a great rep too. I was surprised at a pro builder meaning eBay guy charging so much? The Audioscape is significantly cheaper? I am still in the fence a bit too between 76a and V or D comp: too. Any great options . I actually would enjoy building something!
