I really like this verb a lot. Regularly $249 Sometimes the most realistic room sound I can find.

Agree, I actually prefer it over UAD ocean way.

Total staple for me. The only thing I typically use if I really want a convincing 'room'. I like it better than anything I've tried, including Ocean Way.

I stick it on a stereo aux and feed things to it in varying degrees. Haven't gotten anything else to put that air around things as convincingly.

Usually take the gates off in most cases. I think I start with one of the ambience or small room presets and go from there.

Nice, thanks for the tips. I’ll have to revisit it.

Resurrecting an old topic but this thing is on sale again. Just demoed it. Sounds great on drums. Need to try it on more sources. I was getting ready to take the plunge on UAD ocean way studio. I think I will buy this instead.

I still like it a lot for general ambience. I’d take it over Ocean Way any day, but then I never liked Ocean Way. 100% subjective obviously.

This plugin came about because TV couldn't switch to a bigger space on a single vocal take.
Now a days it's easy to automate on a DAW.
So I guess it comes down to if you like the space Eventide have captured.
I demoed it and thought this is good, but I have Ocean Ways, IK Sunset, Capital Chambers, Hitville Chambers (my current favourite), Abbey Road Chambers and that new Quantum Yardstick plugin emulation that came out this year that is amazing at simulating room spaces.
I'm not blown away enough to feel it's anything better than I already have but $69 is a great price for sure.
