I'd be curious to know if they are B Stock for cosmetic or performance reasons. Maybe frequency response tested too far out of spec? WHAT IS B-STOCK? B-Stock products are refurbished headphones and microphones, for example from returned goods or exhibits at trade shows. The products have the same product features and functions as new products (A-Stock) and are offered at low prices in the beyerdynamic Outlet. There may be small cosmetic defects on the product or its packaging, but you can be sure that B-Stock products function technically flawlessly. Shipping costs for your country can be found here. The return costs must be borne by the buyer.

Did a hardware latency check on my system today . Pro Tools studio - lynx Aurora N32 thunderbolt- Mac Studio. @ 48 / 256 = 1 sample delay That doesn't seem right and I've had an Aurora (n). What exactly were you measuring? We usually go by RTL. I’ll add a screenshot to above , because I thought the same thing .maybe I’m doing it wrong . Recorded a click to track 1 . Then set track 1 output to La3a Track 2 input set to La3a and record click from track 1

I have the original plain ones . My wife applied pretty easy . Start at one end slowly work your way down , they have enough stick to peel off and redo if needed

Running PT on Mac Studio when in Rosetta mode pro tools seemed to be just a hair slower. Loading and loading plugins etc . Not really enough to matter for me as it was very slight difference.
Edit : thought I read pro tools last update speed up the loading scanning plugins

AudioScape is proud to announce the modern relaunch of Modular Audio Products, otherwise known as MAP. The first release for MAP (Powered by AudioScape) will be the DAM-27 dual preamp, based on the old Melcor AM-27 preamp. Each channel features our proprietary, in-house manufactured, MAP 1731 all-discrete class A op amp, as used in the original AM-27. These were the first op amps used in audio gear, by Melcor Industries, in the late 1960’s. Each of today’s MAP 1731 op amps features the same carbon composition resistors and transistors as originally used. The DAM-27 is like having a NOS AM-27 built 50 years ago . It has that unmistakable harmonic sheen and midrange richness.
Price: $899.00 Available: Early Summer (maybe sooner)
Dual channel 899$ damn nice price !
