We recorded guitar first and then a quick vocal after adjusting mic stands. We intend to do another test recording soon - I am in the UK and my partners are in sunny Mallorca so I need to fly out again - its a good excuse to see some sun!

Hi everyone,
Think we have the correct price's and VAT sorted on the websites now. If anybody spots any errors give us a shout - I had difficulty uploading the website last night and it took me 4 hours to get it to work!! We'll get sound samples up as soon as we get a chance to record someone suitable.
Have a good day.

Hi everyone, First thank you for all your input it's much appreciated. We are working hard on sorting out our payment pages, VAT etc.. Hopefully it won't be too long - our web designer is based in Argentina so slight time differences involved. The Talaiotaudio.com website has the new vat free prices for USA etc.. just need to add to the FAB website and then sort out other vat related issue, payment option buttons etc... Have a good day

Yes we will get carrier insurance not 3rd party - it is best in the long run to insure with the company responsible for delivery.

We are making changes regarding the VAT to non EU countries - we made an error rightly pointed out and it should be corrected in a day or two. Our web designer is being contacted now and we are awaiting his reply. It took us almost 9 months to get the website to it's launch state and I'm sure there will be other teething troubles along the way.

Yes unfortunately shipping is expensive as the product has to be insured against loss but we only charge what it costs us.

This is an old Tannoy stereo ribbon microphone restored to working order with new ribbons and 4196 transformers from FAB Microphones. Interesting use of such a narrow space. This was restored by Martial over at MartiAudio. Attachment Deleted FAB transformers still discounted for Realgearonline members. See fabmicrophones.com for details or pm here.
