Hoover Dam. They used to give tours. I haven’t been in a while, so I’m not sure if they still do, but even just driving out there to take a look is impressive. While you have the rental car, if you are a plane geek, go out to Nellis Air Force Base. It’s the busiest in the world. You will see a lot of cool stuff taking off and landing. I used to watch from the Las Vegas Speedway parking lot, but there may be a plane spotting site on the web that could tell you a better place. Ride the roller coaster at New York New York. Yolie’s Brazilian Steakhouse. Total meat extravaganza.
