I sent an email last Saturday with just a few questions at 5:30 pm. I got a well written response within minutes. The response did include “however the rev F is out of stock”.... I gasped, I responded “thanks for the assistance and what’s the timeframe?” within minutes Chris responds “I can have a rev F ready by middle to end of the week”. I replied “sign me up”. Today (Thursday) I get a response “I have a rev F ready if your still interested”. I responded I’ll take it, make the payment and Chris responds with a thank you and that it will ship tomorrow. Im inpressed before ever even hearing any of his products. Im sure this will be a win and can’t say Ive ever had a better experience purchasing gear.

My 76a had some strange behavior a couple of months after I bought it. I messaged Chris about it asking if I could send it back for repair, or if it was something I could try and fix myself. He responded the same day saying dont worry about it, that he is shipping me a brand new unit the next day.
A few days later it was at my doorstep with return shipping paid for the defective unit. No questions asked. Pretty awsome, couldn't have asked for better service.
Not to mention the compressor sounds incredible and has easily become my favorite piece of outboard.
I will most definitely be buying from him again. 👍

My experience with Chris has also been stellar. I bought an Opto based on some praise it received here. Got it home, loved it, wanted another but it was out of stock. I asked Chris when it would be in stock again. He said he was waiting on a Cinemag delivery and he would invoice me when he had it ready for shipping. About 11 days later, I got the invoice. A few weeks later I grabbed a 76A. When he has that STA-level listed on his site, we'll be talking again.

Chris seams to be doing something that Jeff at CAPI and a few others do that I wish more small scale manufacturers would do, if it’s out of stock, they don’t take orders for it! So simple! On Saturday I saw a pair of sunglasses on sale and in stock at 2 different vendors I called the one who was $5.00 cheaper, yes they are in stock OK order places it’s Thursday they still haven’t shipped so I call them, “Sir they are not in stock, you should have called and checked everybody knows online stocking levels are not accurate “
“ Ummm, look at your screen It was a phone order and I did check and payed for expidited shipping “
“Sorry sir”
No we will one day them in, no we will give you a better price. Well I missed the small buisness Saturday deal and cyber Monday deal at the other place so I called Amex and disputed charges based on fraudulent stocking quote, Amex was fine with, tomorrow the sellers CC settlement won’t jive somebody will waste a ton of time and find out in a week it was all because they didn’t contact me about it. “Oh the Amex girl thought it was funny as hell that I understood I was doing it this way to make somebody missarable rather than simply cancelling an order and my card has already been credited!

My experiences with Chris Yetter have been even better! Before answering the phone, Chris knew who I was, what I was going to order and said that God had sent an emmisary to tell him what to have ready for me, and within one hour of calling and placing the order, a delivery driver appeared on my doorstep and handed me my order. Just kidding, exactly the same as what lcr jtc111 and seawell have said.

Thank you all for the kind words and reviews. I really appreciate it! We just treat customers how we would want to be treated, plain and simple. Our customers are awesome, it really is a pleasure to talk with people who are passionate about the same thing. All around it makes for a great and rewarding experience.
Our business model is also super simple.
-We build everything here on site -We don't sell a product unless it is in stock and ready to ship -If something is out of stock we try our best to let customers know when they email when to expect it by
What isn't super simple is how much time/care/attention we try to put into every product. We also take our time with product development which is why we only release a few products a year. We prefer quality over quantity.

Just like to reinforce, the attention to detail and quality customer experience. When I received my comp, it was actually wrapped inside the heavy duty box in 10-12 feet of bubble wrap and very securely taped up. I laid it on the floor just to check and thought ok this guy means business,completely happy with the comp.

My experiences with Chris and Audio-scape echos everything said above. Emailed questions were answered quickly. Return policy gave me confidence to buy. Product shipped quickly after purchase arriving in just a few days. Quality Product/Customer Service. I'll be tempted also if a Audio-scape STA-level arrives!
