i’ve had success controlling the webapp mixer wirelessly using an ipad. I only use the motu mixer for individual headphone mixes. however, I’ve not yet had much luck getting anyone other than myself on it and able to control our individual mixes. To be fair, the only other people who have tried it had android devices and that seemed to cause some connectivity issue, but it might also be that the webapp only allows one user at a time.
checking to see if others here have had success
once I get this ironed out, my studio should be set for quite awhile.

It’s a bit clunky but I’ve used it on my iPhone just fine.
I’ve been very happy with the avb products.

I recently had a session with my 5-person band. All members were able to control their own individual mixes via the web app. There were some hiccups like members changing global values until I learned you can lock them into just the aux mix screens. There's a lot of functionality with the AVB Motu line, but there are also a lot of functions and features that are not spelled out for all users. Like the fact you can lock the interface so outside users can only access the aux mixes...that's not included anywhere except a manual for a new Motu interface. I had to post on Motunation and got some shit for 'not reading the manual' when in fact, it wasn't even introduced until semi-recently.

I had to post on Motunation and got some shit for 'not reading the manual' when in fact, it wasn't even introduced until semi-recently. The old timers over there know a lot, and they are also dicks a lot of the time. They are mostly limping their 300 year old MOTU systems along and don't know a damn thing about the AVB products. If they did, they'd know the manuals aren't kept up to date and many are many years out of revision.
