I was thinking about ZenPro putting in the Funkenwerk transformer, in a 58.
Kinda would like something "more beefy" vocally, than my AKG D790, for home recording.
So...

Was curious about any further thoughts, from those who've done this, like monkeyxx and Adam J. Brass.

I have one in my collection. (SM57 with T58) It extends the frequency response out to 20k and there is a clever HPF in the transformer that cleans up the body resonance on a loud source.
