I've been having the worst time with my Macs and my Symphony Mk2. I'm constantly having to power cycle the Symphony to get audio through it and out my monitors. I've contacted Apogee support and turned off all sorts of things and still no luck. I've gone into terminal and killed Core Audio etc. I can't figure out what the heck is causing this. Once I power cycle the Symphony it's fine for the day even if I power it off for an hour or so. But if it's been off for a day and I'm starting fresh in the studio it never fails that I need to reboot it. Anyone else ever have this issue?

Drag, no problems here, did you update to Catalina ? I haven’t.

No haven't updated to Catalina. I did notice an older thread on "that other site" where a bunch of people were having a similar issue.

Curious, What MKII set-up (TB, PT, Dante) & which/how many cards are you using?

Interesting. No issues here.
Have you looked at Audio MIDI settings? I was having an auto-mute situation there recently, though I think it was a Sonarworks bug, not a Symph thing. Still something to check if you haven’t.
