Oh, right. And can you map it to a keyboard button instead of a trackball button? BenjaminAshlin You can map things in the Trackballworks App indiehouse , I just haven't had time to mess with it yet. I plan to map several PT functions to the four buttons (you can map double presses too). I am sure you could. I do not use Mac any more. The magnet mod was a must for me though.

The Kensington Expert Mouse (weirdly) is the name of the trackball. It's the black space-y looking base with the dark red trackball. I (just now) adjusted the scroll speed (slower) and it's a little better. But it still moves in coarse little discrete chunks instead of fluidly like the trackpad. I've used the Expert Mouse for at least a decade. I used to use the other trackball mouse that I see in 99% of studios before that. What I've found is unfortunately, they all feel different when it comes to the feel of the ball. I gave one away a few years ago because the ball and the buttons were just tougher to move/click. I have one now in the studio and one I keep with my MBP for dev work. In the studio I still have an Apple Magic Mouse 2 as well because it's great to have that in one hand to scroll around PT and the Kensington in the other for detail work. Anyway, just my two cents. The Kensington software is a huge plus though. Great to be able to click once, start dragging something, and then click again to release. And single-button double-click is genius too.
